Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at morevia.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work to make it right.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. MORÉVIA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
